  • I am an out-of-network provider. You may be eligible to use your out-of-network insurance benefits for our sessions. If needed, I can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance provider. You are responsible to pay the full fee at the time of session.

Please call your insurance company to verify this information prior to our session. I can provide you with guidance regarding how to go about verifying your coverage.

  • I accept credit cards, cash, and HSA cards. When you complete my practice’s client intake forms, you will be required to upload a card on file via a secure client portal.

When you pay for a therapy session out-of-pocket, you can request a superbill. In this case, you would be responsible for submitting the superbill and any other documentation your insurance provider requires, directly to your insurance company.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
